A Postpartum Doula is a trained professional who offers evidence-based care during the early weeks and months after birth—supporting your recovery, emotional wellbeing, and adjustment to new motherhood.
I’m here to strengthen the circle around you—providing care informed and supported by evidence and research in perinatal physiology and psychology, maternal mental health & trauma.
My support centres you while holding the needs of the wider family in view. Because when you’re supported, everyone benefits.

What does Postnatal Doula support actually look like?
My bespoke postpartum care in Norfolk (including Norwich and surrounding areas) is tailored to each family. No two visits look the same, but here’s a glimpse into what’s possible:
Preparing your home for your return from hospital or birth centre

Each visit is a minimum of 3 hours and adaptive to what you need that day. Examples of what my doula support looks like:
Preparing your home for your return from hospital or birth centre
Newborn care tips, sleep, and soothing techniques
Support with feeding—breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination feeding
Practical household help so you can rest and recover
Creating opportunities for you to have some time for self care or sleep
Emotional support -tea and chats, information sharing and signposting to recommended practitioners and resources
ADHOC or additonal visits (3hrs min) charged at £40ph that you can book individually or as bolt on’s to a package

It's the perfect way to ease back into movement & gently reconnect with your body whilst finding a little headspace, building some confidence, and connecting with a lovely supportive community of mums.
Whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean these informative classes will help you understand what it means to be postnatal in body & mind.
Expect a combination of Pilates/Yoga and breathing techniques for core, global strength, pelvic floor and relaxation.
